I know Patient Zero is a bit crazy, but should he make my device do this?
I have an iPad mini and Patient Zero doesn’t want to play with me!
There is a chance of Patient Zero: Day One having a tantrum and not wanting to play on an iPad mini. If this happens, please mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with as much information as possible, including what model of iPad mini you have and what you were doing at the time (in the game we mean, please don’t tell us you were playing while on the toilet).
My head is spinning!
If you rotate your device while watching replays, the screen will spin continuously. This is a mutation to Patient Zero: Day One outside of our control, but rest assured a team on elite scientists are currently working on a cure.
You can avoid this by locking screen rotation before watching replays.
I thought CyanogenMod would give me power to rule the universe?
It may do just that, but Patient Zero: Day One doesn’t like this particular mutation so if you have CyanogenMod installed on your device, it is highly likely that Patient Zero will resist by shutting down. Unfortunately this is outside of our control.
I want to share my videos but Patient Zero: Day One keeps crashing.
Everyplay is not yet compatible with every Android device, so recording is ‘Off’ by default. Enabling recording may cause the game to crash, but give it a try anyway because sharing gameplay videos is fun. We will continue to implement device support as it becomes available.
